Century Plaque Program

The Century Plaque program is offered by the Noblesville Preservation Alliance. Some research is required in order to apply. Useful research information can be found on the Restoration Resources page.

 

In the spirit of giving back to the community, NPA is honored to cover 50% of the cost.

Century Plaque Application

Building Information

Please enter a brief description about the structure and its history. Include owners, known alterations, outbuildings (garages, sheds, etc.) and any other significant information.

Please attach documentation of your home's construction date & builder. This may include: Sanborn Fire Maps, tax records, city directories, Census records, etc; along with 2 current photos taken from different angles.
