Century Plaque Program

The Century Plaque program is offered by the Noblesville Preservation Alliance. Some research is required in order to apply. Useful research information can be found on the Restoration Resources page. There is a fee of $175 for members and $200 for non-members. Here is an example of what the plaque looks like:

Building Information

Please enter a brief description about the structure and its history. Include owners, known alterations, outbuildings (garages, sheds, etc.) and any other significant information.

Please attach documentation of your home's construction date and builder. This may include: Sanborn Fire Insurance maps, tax records, city directories, Census records, etc. Also attach 2 current photos (different views).
