ANDREA BALLARD

Andrea has called Noblesville home since 2009, and it has been a place of cherished memories for her family and herself. Married with three children, their lives have been enriched by the close-knit community and historical charm that Noblesville offers.​

Her passion for historic homes led her family to fulfill a long-held dream in 2022 when they purchased their circa 1897 home in Old Town. Living in downtown Noblesville has deepened her appreciation for the city's rich heritage and vibrant history. Doing research on the history of their home is what led her to begin volunteering with the Noblesville Preservation Alliance. The members and their passion for this beloved historic community has only deepened her commitment to the cause!

By day, she works at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville in the Cardiac Cath Lab, where she dedicates herself to providing excellent care to the patients. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the unique architecture and stories behind the historic homes and buildings in our community. She loves to work on projects in their home, and will drop everything for a good antique store!
